上場企業よりも平均年収が高いスタートアップ企業

なぜ、スタートアップの年収が上がっているのでしょうか。その理由は人材確保のためです。新卒採用においては優秀な学生ほど大手上場企業を志望し、実際に大手企業に優秀な人材が集まります。中には意識の高い学生がスタートアップを目指すこともあるのですが、どうしても年収が見劣りするため、結局大手企業に入ってしまいます。この課題を解決するために、特に高度な専門人材に関しては上場企業よりも高い年収で雇用するスタートアップが増えています。
